To create Ticket on the SloopEngine platform:

  1. Access your SloopEngine account dashboard and navigate to the Workspaces section.

  2. Go to the specific workspace.

  3. Navigate to the Project Management section.

  4. Click on the CREATE TICKET button.

  5. Enter the required information, and then click the Save button.

Update SloopEngine Ticket

To update a SloopEngine Ticket, please follow the instructions provided.

  1. Access your SloopEngine account dashboard and navigate to the Workspaces section.

  2. Go to the specific workspace.

  3. Navigate to the Project Management section.

  4. Click on the Edit on the the specific Ticket.

  5. Update the Ticket Name, Stage, Priority, Status, Label, Reporter, Assignee and Description, and then click the Save button.
