Configure SloopEngine Project Management (PTM) Settings

SloopEngine allows you to customize your Project Management (PTM) settings in order to tailor the PTM feature to your organization's specific needs and workflow. This includes customizing the available ticket stages, priorities, statuses, and labels. By configuring these settings, you can ensure that the PTM feature is aligned with your team's processes and priorities, and enables you to track and manage your projects more effectively.

To customize your Project Management settings:

  1. Access your SloopEngine account dashboard and navigate to the Workspaces section.
  2. Click the Settings Icon on the the specific workspace.
  3. A new window will open, where you can customize the following:
    • Ticket Stage: You can add, edit, the stages that are used to organize your tickets. You can have up to 5 stages.
    • Ticket Priority: You can add, edit the priorities that are used to prioritize your tickets. You can have up to 5 priorities.
    • Ticket Status: You can add, edit the statuses that are used to show the progress of your tickets. You can have up to 5 statuses.
    • Ticket Label: You can add, edit the labels that are used to categorize your tickets. You can have up to 10 labels.
  4. Once you have finished customizing the settings, press the Save button.

Create SloopEngine Ticket

SloopEngine Ticket refers to a task or issue that has been assigned to a user. Project managers can use SloopEngine Ticket to efficiently organize, assign, and monitor the progress of tasks and issues.

To create Ticket on the SloopEngine platform:

  1. Access your SloopEngine account dashboard and navigate to the Workspaces section.
  2. Go to the specific workspace and navigate to the Project Management section.
  3. To create a new Ticket, click on the CREATE TICKET button, enter the required information, and then click the Save button.

Create Worklog

SloopEngine Worklogs helps you to measure the productivity of your team. Team members can log their daily work activities under a ticket for easy tracking.

To create a SloopEngine Worklog:

  1. Access your SloopEngine account dashboard and navigate to the Workspaces section.
  2. Go to the specific workspace and navigate to the Project Management section.
  3. Click on the Create Worklog button in the Action column to log on specific ticket.
  4. Enter the amount of time spent on the work in weeks, days, hours, and minutes.
  5. Click on the Save button to save the Worklog.
