What is Milestone?

Milestone is used to grouping your work. You can track your work, deadlines, events, etc. It makes sure that you are on the right track.

Add Milestone

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Milestone on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To create a new Milestone, click the icon on top of the block and navigate to Create Milestone form by using the Create Milestone link.

Update Milestone

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Milestone on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To update a specific Milestone, click the icon of that Milestone and navigate to Update Milestone form.

What is Ticket?

Ticket denote an issue, bug, event, task, etc. You can add the user in a specific ticket and track their works in the worklogs.Each ticket has three components, that is Priority, Status, Labels.

And each component has some default values. The Priority default values are Low, Medium, High, and Urgent. The Status default values are Open, Pending, Resolved and Closed. The Labels default values are Bug, Issue, Feature, and Enhancement.

For user convenience, Tickets view divided into three stages, they are ToDo, Doing, Done..

Add Ticket

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Ticket on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To create a new Ticket, click the icon on the right pane. It navigate to the Create Ticket form.

Update Ticket

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Ticket on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To update a specific Ticket, click the icon of that Ticket and navigate to Update Ticket form.

What is Worklog?

Worklog is assignees activities. Assigned users of the specific ticket can log their activities, problem-faced, solutions, spent time, etc.

Add Worklog

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Ticket on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To create a new Worklog of a specific Ticket, click the icon of that Ticket and navigate to Create Worklog form. In other way load the Worklogs view by clicking Ticket name and then click the icon on top of the block and navigate to Create Worklog form by using the Create Worklog link.

Update Worklog

Make sure that you are on the right Stack. Then, navigate to the Project Tracking view by clicking icon on the left pane. Then, load the Ticket on the Project Tracking view by clicking the icon on the left pane. To update a specific Ticket's worklog, load the Worklogs view by clicking Ticket name and then click the icon of a specific Worklog and it navigate to Update Worklog form.

Settings

Settings are the place where you can manage Ticket components like Priority, Status, Labels, etc. And also you can add or update each component's values. Your customized values can editable but default values are not editable.

For add, fill the blank value then click the icon. For the update, click the respective component's value, it turns into inline editable mode then change the value. Once the changes has done click the icon to make the system update the new value.
