What is Milestone?

Milestone is used to grouping your work. You can track your work, deadlines, events, etc. It makes sure that you are on the right track.

Further proceeding, we assume that you are in a specific Stack view and not in the Dashboard view.

Add Milestone

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Navigate to the Milestones view by clicking the Milestone icon on the left side menu bar in the Project Management view.
  • To add a new Milestone, click Add Milestone link on the top right corner of the Milestones view.
  • You will get into the Add Milestone form.

Update Milestone

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Navigate to the Milestones view by clicking the Milestone icon on the left side menu bar in the Project Management view.
  • Click the pencil icon of the Milestone which you want to update.
  • You will get into the Update Milestone form.

What is Ticket?

Ticket denote an issue, bug, event, task, etc. You can assign an User to a specific Ticket and track their work using Worklogs. Each Ticket has three components, that is priority, status, labels. For user convenience, Tickets view divided into three stages, they are ToDo, Doing, Done.

Further proceeding, we assume that you are in a specific Stack view and not in the Dashboard view.

Add Ticket

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Click the plus icon on the left side menu bar in the Project Management view.
  • You will get into the Add Ticket form.

Update Ticket

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Navigate to the Tickets view by clicking the Ticket icon on the left side menu bar in the Project Management view.
  • Click the pencil icon of the Ticket which you want to update.
  • You will get into the Update Ticket form.

What is Worklog?

Worklog is assignee activities. Assigned Users of the specific Ticket can log their activities, problem-faced, solutions, spent time, etc.

Further proceeding, we assume that you are in a specific Stack view and not in the Dashboard view.

Add Worklog

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Click the Ticket in which you want to add a new Worklog.
  • Navigate to the Worklogs view by clicking the Worklog icon on the left side menu bar in the Ticket view.
  • To add a new Worklog, click Add Worklog link on the top right corner of the Worklogs view.

Update Worklog

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Click the Ticket in which you want to add a new Worklog.
  • Navigate to the Worklogs view by clicking the Worklog icon on the left side menu bar in the Ticket view.
  • Click the pencil icon of the Worklog which you want to update.
  • You will get into the Update Worklog form.

Settings

Further proceeding, we assume that you are in a specific Stack view and not in the Dashboard view.

  • Navigate to the Project Management view by clicking the Project Management icon on the left side menu bar in the Stack view.
  • Navigate to the Settings view by clicking the Settings icon on the left side menu bar in the Project Management view.
